Goalsr provides product engineering, software development, and technology services. Any support, maintenance, or assistance is provided in accordance with agreed service terms. Goalsr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goalsr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Goalsr’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the applicable service giving rise to the claim.
All intellectual property, including software, designs, content, trademarks, and documentation, remains the property of Goalsr or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or remove proprietary notices from any part of the services without prior written consent.
Goalsr shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, network failures, or other force majeure events. If such events continue for an extended period, either party may terminate the affected services.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in connection with your use of the services. Goalsr is not responsible for your failure to obtain required approvals, licenses, or authorizations.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other and to use it solely for the purpose of performing under these Terms. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed.
During the term of engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter, you agree not to solicit or hire Goalsr employees or contractors directly involved in delivering services, without prior written consent.
Goalsr reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the services to improve performance, comply with legal requirements, or reflect technological changes.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Goalsr regarding the use of the services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
